Entrance Furniture

We have an 8528RKWS which has two recliners immediately on the left as you enter the door. My wife and I are the only two that are in the camper most times, so we're talking about removing the recliner closest to the door and adding some piece of furniture that might serve as a shoe rack, shelves for miscellaneous, set-down area for odds & ends like dog leashes, etc. All those things that you need to do something with just before you go in or out.

Anyone have any pics of something similar to this, or just ideas in general of what might work. We would probably be willing to have it made, if we thought it would work well.

I saw an interesting mod where the owner opened up the area below the first step on the stairs to store shoes. It looked really nice.

In our 8528rkws we used command hooks on the side of the shelf in front of the door to hang dog leashes and DW bought a small wicker basket to sit on the top to throw keys, wallet, etc.
