Forest River parts

Does anyone have a name and/or telephone number for a department head or upper level manager at Forest River flagstaff parts?
My RV has been down for 12 weeks waiting for a door and frame. So far I have made numerous calls to "Roger", "Crystal" and "Kathy" without success in escalating this issue. They keep telling me that the order has been placed with the manufacturer but are unable to push a delivery. Need to escalate this issue to upper management.
