what "internet" connection are you looking for? Should be a coax connector on exterior for connecting satellite or cable from an RV park. And there's an antenna/booster for over the air signal.

I see it is your 1st post... Welcome!
Are you asking about a wifi Ranger on the roof or something inside?
Are you asking about a cable connection outside the R/V or inside?
Are you asking how to use your rooftop antenna?
Didn't your dealer cover these very important R/V 101 items when you did your PDI/Customer Orientation?

You are right, but on this unit it appears it is not there. About five of us have looked every where, so that is why I was asking for the specific place for this unit. Thanks for the reply too. Rain

Hi 5picker, yes the dealer did go over all with me. Looking back he never did show me the coax cable hook up for my TV or nothing for internet. That is why I was asking where it was, but I am beginning to think it's been omitted from this unit by mistake.

Many of the newer units are moving the city water connection, tank flush antifreeze port and the cable/satellite connection inside a side storage door to what is called a wet bay.
This isn't your model but maybe looks similar. (look at the very top of the photo for the cable and satellite connections)...

Have you contacted your dealer and asked?

What kind of port or equipment do you expect for Internet?

I was wondering the same thing. My old 2007 HTT had a phone line port but not my 2016 TT.
OP, I seriously doubt that the cable and satellite ports are missing.
Looking at a 528RKS video, it's either next to the outdoor kitchen or in the docking station.

I can't figure out what would be needed for an internet "hookup" or "plug".
Internet may be provided via a built-in Wifi Repeater, but you still need to point it at an Internet source (such as personal hotspot, campground wifi, etc).
I've never seen a camper come with a CAT 5 or 6 connector nor have I seen one come with a setup suitable for a cable modem internet (and definitely nothing that ever included the modem itself that you just plug in).
So I'm really confused as to what the OP is looking for.

Here is a photo from eTrailer of a Nautilus panel showing the cable/satellite and aux connections.
Maybe the OP's is similar as I mentioned in post # 7

5picker, yes I did contact dealer. Was sent a photo of a large round black covered thing. Not on my unit, but thanks to you and your link I found it right where you said it was. In the wet bay, and I must say you are my hero. Now another problem, why no water pressure from shower head nozzle in the unit. Have plenty every where else. Maybe replace the hose with shower head on it?

This may sound silly, but since many RVs have a shower head with a shut off control at the head, is the shower head shut off valve open?

as just mentioned check for an on/off control on the shower head itself. many shower heads in rv's have one so you can turn the water flow off to conserve water without having to turn the hot / cold valves and lose your temperature setting. also just unscrew the shower head from the hose and see if you have water coming out of the hose without the head on it.

Do you not have any water from the shower head or is it just the hot or cold side?
As mentioned, there is often a shutoff on the head itself.
Also, many newer R/Vs have a valve called a Showermiser that redirects the shower water back to the fresh tank until the water gets to the desired temperature. With the valve in the redirect position, nothing will come out the shower head.
Finally, there could be debris from construction of the unit in the plumbing that is blocking flow which would require removal of the shower head and/or the faucet. We often see posts here of plastic or sawdust blocking the faucet cartridges.
I'm so sorry your dealer did not discuss and check all of this for you on a brand new unit.
Shame on them!

Regarding a missing internet connection: maybe I've missed your answer to posted questions, but what did you expect for internet? What sort of internet connection do you have in your house/apartment?

I have tried all the on and off things mentioned. So now I will try the taking off head etc. You are all so helpful. Gotta have a shower head that works, sheesh.
