How do I jack up Flagstaff?
I just picked up a new Flagstaff 831FKBSS and I did bring a PDI, but I still missed the part about "jacking point". How do I jack up my Flagstaff to replace a wheel?

Thanks Michael. The pictures are worth 2000 words.
That is the same way I jacked up my previous trailer, but I wanted to make sure. The first time I jacked up my previous trailer, I put the jack under the axle where it connects to the frame. I lucked out and nothing happened to the axle.
I bought the Flagstaff at Berryland Campers in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
I really like the Trailer-Aid. I may look into that.

After having to jack the trailer up in a parking lot in Bennettsville SC in 90 degree weather to change one of my wonderful Carlisle tires, I ordered the trailer aid. I hope I never have to use it, but I have it. I'll have brand new tires on it soon. They won't be Carlisles.

Yes, Camping World sells them, but they're not cheap.
If you happen to already have a set of Lynx Levelers, this will work also.

Thanks for the info. I think that in my health condition (old and fat and bad out of shape) the trailer-aid is going to become standard equipment.

There is another jack like the Trailer-Aid, it is called an EZ-Jack, it is made out of aluminium. Camping World sells this type as well. I made an attempt to post a pic last night, but the pic was too large. I bought mine 8 years ago and used it this past Summer, it works great and $50.00 well spent! The wedge type jacks that you drive up on are much safer then the bottle jacks.

What about torsion axle suspensions? Would this work on my ole Surveyor 291?

We bought the FR Flagstaff 831RLBSS, took delivery in April 2010, left California for Washington D.C. 1 May, drove only 1500 miles before one trailer tire shredded. Luckily I had purchased the Trailer-aid device, pulled into a paved lot and it worked very nicely to change the tire out without any jacking whatsoever!
I recommend it for tandem axle trailers for sure!
