I broke the power winch (electric tongue jack)

While preping to leave a campground in the rain I didn't lower my 2018 flagstaff 25brds. Gave the wife the OK to pull up a little to get leveling blocks out. Hitch plate dug into pavement. It's making noise and has a rough spot when hitching the camper.
What size power winch was originally installed on the camper?

Do you mean an electric tongue jack because only popups have power winches?

Tongue jack

I sheared my tongue jack worm gear. Trying to lift the trailer off the hitch in a soft soil area. I used my truck jack to raise and lower tongue to save the weekend trip. I called the 800 number on the jack and they sent the gear no charge. Its a easy replace . Maybe it snapped , its pretty brittle.
