Hello All... Has anyone done modifications to the thinner wall between the bedroom & living area?

Yes, We would like to remove the one wall that connects to a small end-table between the bedroom & the slide-out. This wall is about 1 3/4" thick compared to the other dividing wall which is 4" (bearing wall)? Our TV sits on a tall base that swivels and it would fill this space without losing space. We are aware of the fact that the slide-out control would have to be relocated but this is just fine with me! The first night in here... Our Rott went after the cat & while my man was trying to grab the dog collar he lost his balance grabbing that wall which caused.... It is funny now but there for a minute, I thought the trailer was going into a Stephen King "Christine" mode... Especially when it hit the new carpet that was snagged on something. The slide locks got up & walked away the day before, so the fuse was pulled "or so he says". As I am sure you can tell already... YES, we are new to this world! Thanks for taking the time to get back to me. Model: 829 BHSS
