Lift Problem on Flagstaff!

lift stopeped clicking and wont hold roof up itself, I had to use the safty chains on toung to hold the crank handle how can I fix this problem?

Is this a Flagstaff pop up? Won't hold the roof up, so assume so. Afraid to move to the pop up forum till know for sure. You might get more help there, if is a pop up. Please year, and model, and style. It always helps when you have a specific question, such yours, to post as much info on the camper as you can.

if it's a popup, you posted in the TT/5th wheel section, instead of the Tent Camper/Popup section.
we can move it there, so you'll get better reponses.
