Question on the water filter. Has anyone had a need to replace the O Ring or Gasket on the filter housing? How do you know when to replace this part?

where did you buy it/part number/etc?

Boatless read my experience with my water filter. The canister slowly backed out of the housing and flooded the TT a little (only because I happen to be standing close and shut the water off). I cut out the water filter and installed a bypass hose. If you want a filter I would suggest a filter outside on the hose bib. Water in your TT is NOT your friend!!!
