Murphy Bed Dilemma

Hello- we purchased a 2018 Microlite 21ds . We noticed that the frame of the Murphy Bed appears to be bent as the upper left side of the frame sags slightly and is quite noisy. Due to the small front compartment it is very hard to try to solve the issue from crawling inside.
1) Is there anyone out there who has had a similar issue? If so- how repaired
2) THere is no issue with the piano hinge at this point only the upper left side.
3) Weirdly enough- when we took off a panel for the front compartment- we found a black bracket on the floor with a few screws attached- is this part of the bed frame?
