New 2017 23LB

Only had the new travel trailer for a couple weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed getting it all set up and organized.
Dewinterized it yesterday and we are going to take it to a local camp site this weekend for a shake down run and check everything out. Its a close camping area (St Vrain State Park) and is 10 minutes from home, Camping World, and Walmart!
Only two issues have come up so far. The first thing was the Carbon Monoxide detector seems to have malfunctioned. It is flashing an "end of life" warning and emitting a beep every 30 seconds. The date on it is August 2016, so it seems odd that it would be at it's end of life already... A quick call to the dealer and they agreed to send me a replacement.
The other problem was my fault.... I dropped the dinette table and one of the folding legs broke off, oops! A quick trip to Ace Hardware for some cabinet screws and wood glue, and I am back in business! The legs are stabbed in place, it doesn't seem like the best way to assemble the table, IMO.
