New Flagstaff 831BHDS.

Hello everyone. I recently purchased an 831bhds. I want to use a generator for tailgating. Does any one use a gen with the TT or do most have power hook ups. I have been looking at a Honda 2000i. But I am not sure it has enough power. Anything will help thanks.

2000 will run everything except air conditioning.
you can run the air but then all electrical devices must be off.
fridge and hw heater must be on gas.
converter must be turned off
No microwave

Get a Boliy Pro3600 that will run everything for the same price and is quiet.

I don't have a recommendation on your generator issue but I wanted to ask you how you like your 831BHS? My wife and I ordered one 3 weeks ago and are looking for feedback. Thanks in advance for your time.

So far we like it. We have only used it one weekend and have a few ideas for some upgrades but overall we are very pleased. I hope you like yours. Do you have small kids? If you do you will need to get some hooks for the bunk ladder it does not come with any. We figured that out the first time my 3yo climed the ladder. Also get a noodle for the table when it is folded, it will hit the wall when towing. Cut it to fit the edge. Also pay attention if some one is in the bathroom, the inside door does not lock. I think that's it. Good luck.

don't count on a Honda 2000 to run the a/c, even with everything else turned off.
very few have success, on a 13.5k btu a/c.

you'll need at least 2400 or higher. the only 2400 that can run most 13.5k is the Yamaha 2400.
if i needed to run the 13.5k a/c consistently, i'd be looking at the Boliy.
