Nice TT!
When shopping for a TT, most people I knew tried convincing me to go 5th wheel but i stuck to my guns, don't think the 1/2 ton Ram (mine anyways) is built for a fifth wheel.
Interested in hearing why you switched to a TT

The 5th wheel was soooo big. My husband was the only one brave, and brawny enough to hook it up. My children will camp more with the TT because they have connected other bumper pull items without help, even daughters can. When backing up, the 5th had a mind of its own. It was so big, that it was hard to keep clean on the outside. I like the flatness of the floor in the TT. There were steps in the 5th wheel. Our TT has a bunkhouse plan which will be good for the grand children. The TT sits lower to the ground. My husband thinks that I am more excited about this TT than I was about the 5th wheel. Also, I am excited about the possibilities of using the outdoor kitchen.

LOL - the truth comes out. Actually lots of people love the outside kitchen and many even use it more often than the inside kitchen. You should have lots of good times in the new RV too.

I love this forum! So informative. Very friendly. Will try to post pics of our first trip. It will be to Lake Murray, OK. My second grandson has always been on a camping trip for his birthday June 21st. That is what he wants for his birthday, a campout. He will be 9. Every year on his birthday he has spent it in a camper. We enjoy the tradition. He isn't the only one to look forward to his birthday.
