Problems with theater seating

We have a 2019 Flagstaff 26RBWS with the optional theater seating. The double recliners have heat, massage and a lighted cup holder. There is also a lock out button. The switches are on the perimeter ring around the outer cup holders and are touch sensitive. When on shore power switch points glow blue and the override on/off is orange. They were working fine but this last trip the right side one was dead. No glow, no function. The left side is still working fine. Any ideas? Any starting points for trouble shooting. Do the recliners just pull out or are they bolted down? All helpful suggestions appreciated.

Most likely the transformer fell out of the wall socket. Each chair has its own transformer and an entire outlet is taken up by those wall warts.

I unplugged them from the wall and installed them in a power strip; then plugged that into the wall in our 2019 Flagstaff 8529FLSC

Ours did that. Found a wire connection came loose. Seems the wire was not under the recliner as should be and by sliding a small folding table along side , I caught it enough to disconnect. Extend the recliner, get on the floor with a flash lite and look for a dangling connector end.

You were exactly right. One of the two transformers had fallen out of the wall socket. I was able to pull the seat out from the wall enough to get behind and plug in a power strip and plug the two transformers into it.

As the space was tight and I am approaching symmetry, I thought I was stuck back there. I managed to get out but it would have been much easier if I had emulated a body builder and oiled up.
