Really happy with my 2015 Flagstaff 26RLWS

Got it home yesterday. Pulled real well with my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD 5.9L. Spent most of today playing with all the new toys onboard. I don't know if I'm just lucky or my dealer Holiday Hour in DeKalb IL is that good but I haven't found one thing that is not working or not as advertised. Currently I am one Happy Camper and I haven't left my driveway. I'll let you know more after my shake down but that is not happening until end of the month. Happy camping to everyone out there.

There is good dealers out there that do proper pre-delivery inspection and fixes as they take pride in their workmanship. Congrats on new purchase.

Hi ualski, Bought our 27RLWS from Holiday Hour a few weeks ago and same experience as you. Our first shakedown coming at the end of month also. It's been 8 years since we have owned an RV and are really looking forward to it! Dan

Glad to hear you had a good experience with Holiday Hour too. This is our first camper and can hardly wait for the first trip out. Take care and enjoy that 27RLWS.

Picked up our 2014 26RLWS from Keystone RV Center in Greencastle, PA last Fall. Very happy with the delivery process and couldn't be happier with the camper. Took our shakedown cruise last month and had no major issues. Our plan was to take her out for one long "local" weekend a month this Summer to get the hang of both towing and camper living (it's our first camper too) but my confidence level is growing quickly. Already thinking about a week-long trip later this season a little farther from home.

Happy Camping and enjoy your new rig.

I brought 2014 RLWS and same thing have not had one issue, we have been out about 6 times already for 4-5 day weekends.. Everything so far has been solid.. Love it..!! I have a checklist I make sure I do everytime setting up and tearing down.. Especially make sure my switch is off when I unhook my water on hot water heater.. But so far its been nothing but enjoyable..

Picked up our 2015 26RLWS today, so far haven't found any real issues. Haven't figured out what one of the light switches does, it is labeled inside under "lights" furthest switch to left on the bottom row. Love the embellishments of the Emerald edition. Have been pulling 26RBSS for 5 years w/ 08 Silverado 5.3 w/ 3.73 gears with no issues.

It turns on the light over the kitchen conter... assuming the switch on that fixture is turned on. Supposed to be a convenient way of getting "some" light inside the trailer when first entering.

Really happy with my 2015 Flagstaff 26RLWS

Real happy with our 27RLWS. Had a few minor issues and a few major issues. One major issue was the water filter canister backed out while camping. Got a little water on the inside floor near where the water filter "was". I cut out the water filter and replaced the pipe straight through. Will use an outside filter from now on. Second and most recent issue was the TT leaning to the left side (kitchen slide side). It's currently at the dealer getting evaluated but it seems the two axles are weak on that side. Hopefully the dealer figures it out since the Dexter Axle rep and I have done already. They need to be replaced but let's see what happens.
The Forest River RV warrantee and the Dexter Axle folks have been wonderful to work with. Quite pleasant and understanding.
Oh...I did have Dometic replace the commode as well. They sent me an upgraded 300 which had apparently fixed the smell issue of the previous non upgraded 300. Installed myself it in about 10 minutes.
Regardless of these issues we love this. Had the TT weight the other day. The TT weighed in at 6,650 including the 600 lbs tongue weight. That's with all our goodies inside. The air bed and counter extension removed..

I just got a 26 RLWS 2015. It seems to be a good trailer removed the table and chairs and added two recliners worked very well . Moved the love seat up where the table use to be and put the recliners in that location. Done away with the rockers.
