Review of my E-Pro E20FBS (7,500 miles in)

Well we are over 2 months into our trip with our new trailer and wanted to circle back and give some information on the E-PRO.

1. The A/C unit really needs a thermostat
2. The A/C unit oddly has 2 dial settings for LOW FAN
3. The storage area above the sofa (in the slideout) started falling down due to shaking. I've had to prop it up with a piece of wood so it won't totally fall down.
4. The window in front of the stove will not open if the external door handle is against the camper - which is the way we like to leave it. If we need to open the window we have to remember to move the handle.
5. One of the bathroom doors came apart randomly the other day
6. Tons of screws falling out everywhere - some I've put back (even with locktite) and they fall out again.

Overall we are pretty happy with the camper and there have been no major issues with it. We are 7,500 miles in to our summer road trip and have encountered rain, snow and high winds and the camper is holding up great.

We don't have the miles that you do, but I've noticed a lot of issues which missed quality control, and errors in the initial design phase. I can't say that it's bad enough to have buyer's regret, but certainly it gives pause for concern.

Personally, I could deal with some of the problems better had the company stepped up to at least listen to the problem and suggest a resolution. But no response is not the correct customer service answer.

colomap-glad your enjoying the EPro, we have the 19fb model, 2021 and have about 15k miles on it. We had a lot of little things in the beginning and have make lots of upgrades most of them posted, you search in my posts. I also pull with a F150, the smaller ecoboast, curious your gas millage…. we average about 11.5 mpg, was wondering of the larger eco boast gets better millage pulling the trailer..

We are about to leave for Montana @ ID for 4 weeks… we usually travel West the end of August for 4 to 5 weeks…

Just got home - we did 10,850 miles in just under 3 months! It was a pretty epic summer. My truck tells me we averaged 11.1 MPG with the 3.5L Ecoboost. Keep in mind my bed was pretty loaded with paddleboards, a heavy cooler, a 250lb generator my father-in-law insisted I take along (and we never used), and lots of other crap. And my truck has a topper which adds maybe 250lbs...

Also to note: We averaged $0.45/gallon on gas. The west coast was a killer - and it makes me super mad the gas companies are now posting record profits...

This drove me nuts also: Every drawer in the camper - the screws that mounted the rails for the drawer would work themselves out. Which meant you could only open the drawer about 1/2 way. How do you tighten the screws? Remove the drawer of course! Which I couldn't do. I had to use needle nose pliers and slowly rotate the screw back in far enough to get the drawer out - what a pain!
