Question RV water hose clamps

Have some small drips on the inlet water tubing (hose) in the RV. Am going to replace the clamps throughut the unit. My problem is getting the clamps off. They must be made of pure steel because you cant cut them off with nippers.
How do you get these things off? RV is a Flagstaff 26RLS
Thanks for any info.

There stainless steel !
carefully twisting them back and forth normally gets them to break.
