Screen Room or Enclosed Room for Trimline Awning

I own a 2006 Flagstaff 206LTD tent trailer that came with a Trimline Awning. To protect us from bugs and inclement weather, we would like to install either a Screen Room or an enclosed structure with zip-up panels.

We are looking for feedback to see if people like the Trimline Screen Room.

We also want to know if anyone has installed an enclosed room like the Patty O’Room and how they like it.

I just bought a 20 foot carefree add-a-room off of ebay. 250 plus 100 for international shipping. Should be getting it this week. I will post my thoughts on it when it gets here. Used I couldn't find anything under 400 in this area. Seller has top rating so I have my hopes up on the quality.

We had a zip-in screen room, with privacy flaps, for our 1996 pop-up. (I can only hope they have improved things since the mid-90's!) While we loved having it AFTER it was up, it was nothing but a pain to set up and take down. It really did double our "living" space. We never even used the stove inside the camper. It always went in the screen room, as did coolers, a table, etc.

Well it just got delivered today. Everything looks to be in perfect condition. Won't be able to set it up and try it until the end of april - but real happy its here and as expected. It looks to be durable enough, and at the 350 I spent, if we get 3 or so years out of it - it will be worthwhile.

We bought it for privacy and having more room on those rainy days

I had one on my old pop up. The only time it was ever out of the bag was to see how it went up and fit, never used it. Too much trouble setting up and going thru a "door" in and out every time.

I had one with my pup. It was a PITA to use. I purchased a stand alone screen room. Gave me more loving area and easier to putup.

Ours will likely stay up as our site is seasonal. I imagine my experiences would be the same if we were portable.

Freudian slip perhaps?
