Slide Screw Rubbing Floor

Hello Everyone!
There is screw head protruding out of the bottom of one of the inner corner post on one of our slides. The screw was put in at an angle from the factory and is not flush. With the slide all the way in, I can get my hand between floor and the bottom of the post and feel the screw head, but no room for tools. With the slide all the way out, I can not see the screw.

As anyone faced this issue and tackled the repair yourself?

If anyone has any ideas, I'm open to suggestions. I have an idea, but wanted hear others before I start.

Thanks,
Darrin

Pics are often more helpful than descriptions.

Here are some pictures

I seems I was mistaken. I could access the screw from the outside. Not sure why the screw was there. The other side of the slide did not have one, nor did the other slide. I removed the screw, cleaned up the area due to the plastic being rough, and put some UHMW tape over the area to cover the hole.
