On flagstaff 831 what is recommended on slide seals . On the rubber what does everyone use as conditioner to protect ?

I use Camco RV - Slide Out Rubber Seal Conditioner - 41135 - Slideouts & Storage Bays - Camping World

and for the running gear I currently use Protect All - Product Catalog - Slide-Out Care

Never use a grease or oil based lubricant on your trailer's slide mechanisms. It will attract dirt and road grit and act like sandpaper on your nylon rollers and gears.

I seen some where on the internet that you could put baby powder on the seals so they don't stick to the wall especialy when there closed for a long time sounds good
