Squeaky Dometic Awning

Does anyone have any suggestions (short of taking it to the dealer) of how to deal with a slow, squeaky and sometimes binding awning on a 4 month old 25BRDS? I have hit it with white Li grease and silicon with little impact. I have checked the arms to make sure that they are straight (not bent).

I had a Jayco that had a Carefree awning that gave us 2.5 years of trouble free service. I'm little disappointed in the Dometic awning...

Take a close look at the way the fabric is rolling up on the awning and when the awning is fully extending look down the awning tube and see if it is bowing. Both of these thing can cause slow or noisy awnings.

The 14' Dometic on our 2109s squeaks as it rolls out or in.
Sounds like from where awning roller is on awning "axle".
Tried wd40, nope still squeaks...
Everything is clean and in good cond, just cant get that dang squeak to quit...

You may want to try a better lubricant.
