Standard roof vent

While de-winterizing our 2013 FLT25DS, I looked up at the roof vent over the bed, and noticed a 6 inch crack along the edge of the cap. Considering that we bought this brand new 2 yrs ago, and it is covered when stored, I'd say this was a piece of cheapo Chinese junk. Really disappointed.
What I really need to know, is what brand standard vent does FR use on these? Need to know the brand, so I can by an aftermarket replacement cap to fix this issue. I definitely do NOT want to tear into the roof and replace the whole mount.
Any ideas whose cheapo roof vents FR is using in this application?

Last I knew there were only a couple of types vents. Any RV dealership or Camping World should have them.
