Water damage repair

Last trip with our 2018 25brds, we had a small water leak above the refrigerator. The panel between the microwave cabinet and the fridge swelled as a result. Has anyone removed the microwave cabinet? It seem a little easier than removing the frigerator. Picture is of the panel that suffered the damage. Sorry pic is sideways.

Doesn't look so bad in pic. Looks like a lot of work to repair should you choose to do so. Can't just liquid nail it and clamp it? Probably need to turn off fridge, open fridge doors, put a piece of wood inside fridge wall to prevent clamp damage.

Pi ture doesn't really show the swelling. It's real obvious sitting at the table.
