The DW has always just bought the next larger size and tucked the excess under...

Hopefully someone else has a better answer for you!

I just purchased nice sheets at macy's on sale because the actual bunk sheets are really rough and expensive compared to a nice twin size sheet. We have 4 beds/bunks in our Surveyor 305 so I just got twin and dbl size and tucked them under the mattress....worked like a charm
Good luck

ooo thank you, plus they are probably a lot cheaper, the camper sheets were on the pricey side!

I found these folks are really good to work with. All materials and work done here in the good ole USA, as a matter of fact, right here in my own backyard so to speak in South Carolina. Really nice products and I have no affiliation with them, just a happy consumer of their products.

Another solution

In my Navy days, For about the same size mattress the Navy had a sheet or "SACK" (sailors had another name for it) that you inserted the mattress down into with little tye-tyes at the top. It was like a well fitted pillow case. When one side became soiled, you simply flipped it over for another weeks of use before taking it to be laundered.

Also in my last TT/BH, I had two dark green vinyl covers made to keep the bunks clean when not in use.

sheets for bunk in 23 lb

I know this is a little late...but we just got our micro 23lb last wed. and took it out on fri. When I was cleaning and packing for our trip I remembered some sleeping bags we had from wal-mart for summer nights in the tent... when our real sleeping bags were too hot...I decided to try it on the bunk mattress and it fits like a glove. It makes a really nice cover to keep your mattress clean and can go on/off easy. They are lightweight fleece bags with draw string at one end. They are ozark trail brand and cost $9.00 at walmart...if you haven't spent a bunch on sheets yet and are still looking for something to fit you might try these, worked great for me and cheap !
and like someone previously said, you could flip for an extra few days use on the road if one side gets dirty...

We use the cheapest twins from Wal-Mart and then I have some straps that I got at Joanne's that I hook on under the sheet side to side that keep them in place. I know the straps have a name but I'll be darn if I remember what it is. Hope this helps.

We purchased sheet garters at walmart, they just snap on the corners and the sheets stay nice and tight.

I copied the link as well - but also like the Ozark trail bag Idea -

I just have waterproof covers over the mattress and have the excess tucked under and the sheets I have are standard twin sheets with the garter straps to keep the sheets tucked under

We took sheets and cut them and sewed them and made like big pillow case for the mattress. They work great. I recommend a jersey knit sheet to.

Loved the tt! Big difference from a tent or a pup! It really exceeded our expectations. Esp. For storage...i actually had cabinets with nothing in them...it's nice to not have to have everthing in a tote that you gotta dig through! It made everything easier which was the goal since we both work and sometimes it is hard to get out the door! Packing and setup/ take down was so much easier. The only problem ( if you can call it that) was the drawer under the sink wants to open while in tow...so be careful about putting anything too heavy in there. I put my dishtowels so it isn't weighted down if it comes open. Gonna try and remedy that, otherwise LOVE it! We have booked two more trip already including the 4th july
