WiFiRanger Sky3 no access to control panel

WiFiRanger Sky3 on line but can't access control panel.

Is there a hard reset button on the roof top unit to Factory Reset the unit.

Is there another way to Factor Reset the unit.

Turning off and on with 80 second intervals three times dosn't work.

If I understand your question correctly, you are trying to log into the Ranger to do something. Resetting it won't give you access to the control panel. In order to access the Ranger functions, you have log into it using a web browser, using the Ranger's IP address and the password. There should be a sticker near the power switch with the IP address and password scheme - the same information is in the manual. Since the Ranger is powered up, enter the IP address into your favorite browser and it will prompt you for the password.

I've logged in and used it for over a year now. This past trip a couple of weeks ago I logged in and out. The next time I tried to log in it wouldn't log in with any of my devices. I tried to reset it to factory specs by turning it off and one several times as per some instructions I found on the internet. Still no luck it would not reset to factory. It still comes on and you can see it's name in the list of wifi accesses but no luck signing in.
I need a way to reset it to factory spec's or a way to get into the control panel.
It may be a lost cause at this point.

Ok, I understand. To me, it sounds like something was changed - maybe a password change?

Have you looked at the manufacturer's web page?

Not much help on the mfg. web page. I have tried the turn it off and on three times and then on using different time periods between turning it off and on.
Still haven't gained access. If it can be factory reset it can be set up for use again just like it was a new unit.

Time to start looking for a better alternative to WifiRanger.

Thank you to all the commenters.

I had problems trying to reset mine before trading it in. Like you I found the website to be of little help. Different instructions for resetting depending on the firmware you have - how are you supposed to know what firmware you have when you can't login to find out?

Overall, I was never impressed with it. I hope you find something better.
Let us know what you find.
