1905 pre-purchase advice.

I am looking at a 2017, Rockwood 1905 for $19,000. A friend of mine purchased it new for $24K but rarely uses it, the camper even smells new. Is this A. a good price and B. a good unit? we are just looking for something to spend weekends in at full-service campgrounds, because in the summer where I live a cheap hotel is $350 a night and probably won't allow a dog.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can go to www.rvtrader.com and search for similar units. It looks like a reasonable price.
It's a fairly common floorplan and we had a similar one. It's like having your own motel room with a kitchen. It's a lightweight rig partly because it doesn't have a slideout.
We liked ours because we don't spend a lot of time in the rig itself. As long as you don't see signs of water leaks, it should be fine.

You might want to check to see about reservations where you want to camp. Summer weekend reservations can be difficult to get.

Good luck and welcome to the forum!
