2010 Windjammer 3001W Slide motor access

I have the subject camper and cannot get the living room slide to go in or out. The bedroom slide works perfectly. I have checked the inline fuse behind the battery to be good. 12 volts to the rocker switch that activates the slide in question. 12 volts out of the rocker switch when the switch is activated. All fuses inside the camper under the fridge area are good. All other 12 volt lights, etc are working. So, I am trying to access the slide motor. I was told by Rockwood that my manual handle that is inserted under the back steps is connected to the motor that works that slide.

This camper has the fiberboard underbelly. There is no access to the motor without removing the steps and a bunch of trim on the hopes that the fiberboard will drop down enough to check the motor. Or, cut the fiberboard.

1) is the motor close to the steps or somewhere different should I choose to cut an access hole in the fiberboard? 2) Am I missing a possible fuse or breaker that would feed this motor?
3) Any suggestions on the best way to proceed?

I cleaned the roof on this camper and extended and retracted the slide in question in that process. Then, backed the camper 50 feet to put it under the storage shed. Went to extend the slide and nothing would happen. I have manually extended and retracted the slide- thinking it might be jammed up- but still no battery operation. There appears to be no binding or friction when operating it manually.

Thanks for any help

I can't help you with the location of the actual slide motor. Dropping the coroplast is not a difficult job just takes some time. The advantage is you can inspect the under belly area while you have it down. Thats what I would do JMHO
