Question 2011 Mini-Lite etc Questions

Anyone out there know what the etc stands for in the Mini-Lite etc label? FR stopped making them and I'd like to know why. Was it because the floor gets all soft and spongy by chance? Anyone know how to remedy the situation? Or did the torsion axle poop out. They went to four wheels on the newer models and added so much weight that you have to have a truck to pull them. Don't have a truck, don't want a truck...just wanted a nice light weight TT for two retired folks, and this one fit the bill very nicely after 35 years of backpacking. The radio crapped out in 2013 but the CD player part still works. FR wants an arm and a leg to replace it so we'll do without. Overall, we like our little house on wheels. But that floor is getting pretty soft above the fresh water tank where there's no bracing, and no room for bracing!
