Ever since a local warranty repair (2014) of a deformed front cap, the roof vinyl just behind the cap does not stay taut. Anyone out there with similar issues? OK to keep on truckin' and keep a watch, or have it properly re-glued (factory) pronto...?
Just monitoring for now. Its kept in a locker, so the only wind/sun/moisture wear and tear occurs when on the road. We haven't had any replies to any threads, so I don't have any opinions to share.
Only other issue we had with this particular model was having to re-torque some of the bolts which held the axles in place..!! Never hurts to get down and dirty and check the underside..
We have cleaned and resealed our rubber roof membrane with dicor. We did two coats of dicor the first white as is in the tin but it didn’t look any good against the diamond pack colour so had the paint shop tint it and it looks great. Our 8289WS is a 2014 so it was 4 years till we did it.
