2016 8312 Rockwood Roof

I have forgotten, and can't seem to remember the warranty on the rubber roof. I also can't remember if this needs treatment, and if so how often and what to use? I'm interested in all comments, but mainly manufacturers warranty.

Rubber roofs and TPO type roofs usually have a warranty around 10 years pro rated.
That will vary on manufacturer.
You are going to need to know who manufactured YOUR roof.
Rubber roofs need cleaning and treatment.
TPO roofs just need periodic cleaning.

5picker thank you! My apologies for not getting back sooner. I have a TPO roof and have confirmed that info. What type of cleaning agent / treatment do you recommend? Thank you

The factory recommended Dawn dishwashing liquid or Spic-N-Span to clean my TPO roof.
No other treatment necessary.
