2018 Rockwood 2604WS and X-Chocks
Just bought a 2604WS and see the tires are really close together. (Maybe 2 or 3 inches. I want to put X-chocks on it. Have any of you experienced if the x-chocks will close down enough to fit?

I have these from Camco. Just need to make sure you get the "small" size.

Safe and happy travels.

I use them on my 2017 2504s and the tires are very close and they fit. It is a tight squeeze but they work

I use them on my Mini Lite. Tires are 2-1/2" apart. Could probably go down to a little less than 2" and still get them on.

Got the X Chocks last night. They easily fit in the 2 1/2" space and these are the wide ones.
Thanks ALL!!!

I use the smaller ones on my 2018 2604WS and they work great. I bought them on Amazon as a pair for $38.97. Stock #28012. They came with the wrench, but not the locks. I went to ACE Hardware and bought a set of small locks that are keyed alike for about $6.00 more.

You will have no problem at all. We have a similar Rockwood with virtually no space between the wheels yet the X-Chocks fit just fine.

Once they are retracted all the way in, they fit in between the axles of my 2618VS.

Have a 8329ss on order for spring 18 delivery. What do the X-chocks do? Any list of must-have accessories to refer too?

They help take some of the movement out of the unit when walking around inside by locking the wheels/tires from rolling slightly.
They also help for wheel chocking when hitching, unhitching and parking.
See for yourself...

love the x-chocks, ... but not the ratchet that comes with them, ... to me, the swing is too limited, trying to use it between close tires like on our Micro Lite, ... ditched it for a t-handle socket and leave it sitting on the one under the slide-out,

I’ve had a few TT’s and a couple 5ers and never used these. Been wanting to try them out. Do they actually work? Is there a better brand than others?

They work enough to notice a difference in motion when someone is walking around on the opposite side of the unit. However, they just stop the wheel motion. The axles are on springs.... and they will not stop that. To do that, you have to brace the axles AND use the x chocks. There are varying sizes and designs. Measure the closest distance between your TT tires to determine which ones to get. I suggest buying locks for them, because they can be easily removed. Two small locks at ACE Hardware was about $6.95.
