That's what I thought, sharp setup! How does the Denali handle the 2706?

Plenty of power. The 6.2L is a beast. On bumpier roads the half ton suspension shows itself much like half ton trucks do, but we need the versatility of an SUV for hauling our 3 kids around. The auto leveling is sweet. We took it round trip from central Texas to Orlando last month. We averaged about 10 mpg going 60 mph.

Just picked up my 2706WS. They've also changed the plastic kitchen sink to aluminum.
Interesting story on the new Wi-fi Ranger - no one at the dealership new anything about it or how to turn it on. A call to the factory rep yielded nothing. There is a tiny decal right under the main switch panel that gives the password, etc. for the Ranger. I correctly guessed that the rocker switch directly above the decal (this switch was not labeled) was the on/off switch. Correct! Now to try to find where the actual Ranger unit is buried (located).

Another recent change in the 2706 - The stereo is now the iRV32. It's still a piece of crap, but mine seems to work OK.

I had the same problem finding the switch, finally found and labeled it, and the wifi unit is on top of the roof next to the tv antenna.

Consider rotating the door 180 degrees so the strike is on the current hinge side and the hinges are on the current strike side. Yes, it would leave scars in the old hinge and door strike spots but those could be improved with color-matching wood putty.

I have considered that. May do it eventually...currently I use a shock cord to keep the door open on long road trips so we can use the bathroom while traveling.

Next spring were probably going to dump our 2018 Cherokee and move to the Jayco Pinnacle.

Isn't this thread about reviews for a Rockwood 2706, not Cherokees or Jaycos?😵

I'm glad that switched to an aluminum sink, I'm sure the plastic one will get scratched after awhile...

Tv

I noticed I have the Tv mount on the outside but the inside TV is non removeable, unless I unbolt it, my question is, is the outside mount for whatever TV you decide to put in the bedroom?

If your bedroom TV mount is the same as mine, the arm with TV still attached can be lifted off the wall mount and then set into the outside TV mount.

The one I was going to order off eBay is temporarily out of stock, but the double arm model is available.

To answer your original question, yes.

Thanks for the info, I guess I will order a bedroom mount that is the same as the outside, I like the one you posted that's on eBay.

We made this mistake . We added a tv at dealer. At pdi we found out they told us the wrong answer. So I have the outside bracket and will decide if we need another tv for tailgating. On another note. Two wires were touching and no hot water at pdi. Took awhile to figure it out. We had it out over the weekend. What a great TT. Love the surround sound and the inside comforts. Going out again this weekend.

All new 2706ws TTs will have the Wi-Fi ranger. I was also told all new Rockwood ultra lites will have this feature. Well, the guy said all new Rockwoods would have it, but I don't think that will happen.
