2018 rockwood signature 8328bs owners

I'm considering this floorplan and I'm trying to confirm the GVWR for this model. The Rockwood website lists 9990 lbs and I have seen some dealers websites reflect this as well, at least for early build 2018 models. However, I've seen at least one weight decal that shows the gross vehicle weight at 11,138 pounds. This was for a model built on 8/24/17.

I have yet to see one in person, and I'm hoping to see one at the Hershey show this weekend, however I was trying to reach out to current new owners to see what you all have. I was also curious if anybody knew what caused the change in GVWR. I know the Signature line changed to 5/8 plywood decking and a taller ceiling but I thought that started with 2017 models. Could part of it be a frame upgrade to accommodate the 4.0 leveling system?

In all cases it looks like it's still two 5000 pound axles. Fully loaded models with the leveling system and two ACs are just short of 9000 pounds according to the yellow sticker. If the GVWR didn't change these trailers would only have a CCC of 1000lbs.

We just took possession of our 2018 8329ss. We had the second air conditioner added and the weight only changed by about 75 pounds. We do not have the leveling system. That does seem like a big jump in weight. You can always call Forest River. I did to ask about the weight of the second A/C.

The 2018 we looked at here in Tulsa the GVWR was 11136 lbs. It had the second air but didn't have the 4.0 leveling system. We have one on order,
Thursday will be six weeks.

Thanks. It looks like the increase in GVW from 9900 lbs to 11,136 lbs was a mid-year change. The Rockwood website still lists the specs for the 8328BS at:
GVW: 9990 (calculated from UVW plus CCC)
CCC: 1539
UVW: 8451
Hitch weight: 1140

The actual delivered weights of 2018 loaded models I'm seeing on dealers' websites are about 8900 lbs. I'm really curious to see what actual tongue weights will be on these. Using 13% of 11,136 lbs gives 1448 lbs of tongue weight, which I think will exceed the rating of all class IV hitches.
