2019-1/2 outside propane
The Outside cook top has the propane connection, but it's a quick connector, do you buy a extra tank..My salesman never seen the 2509 model for the 2019.5 year
and really didn't have a clue.. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks Jerry

My brother's SOB is like that and the quick connect for the outside stove was hidden up under the frame area beneath the outside stove. There were actually two quick connects... one for the stove and another that could be used for other low pressure appliances. His is in a slide out.
To slide the stove into travel position and retract the slide, the hose has to be disconnected and coiled up in the outside compartment.
Remember, if it has a quick connect fitting... it is more than likely LOW pressure.
Do not connect that directly to an extra bottle without having a regulator.

If the cook-top has a quick connection then is it most likely a low pressure appliance and there should be a low pressure hose to connect it to a low pressure fitting on the RV. Standard camp stoves use a high pressure connection and have a regulator built in. You can not connect a low pressure stove to a tank with out adding in a regulator. If the Rv comes with two tanks and an auto switchover, you should be fine unless you are doing a lot of cold weather camping using propane heat. I suggest waiting to see what your propane demand actually is.
Edit: 5picker has faster fingers. So same advise

I'm pretty sure you can delete the highlighted text above. Quick connect = low pressure, period (at least if it's from a manufacturer - no telling what a blissfully ignorant DIYer might do . . .)

Nope... Not period.
There are HIGH PRESSURE quick connects and they look eerily, very similar to LOW pressure quick connects.
MB Sturgis makes some. See them at these links.
High Pressure Quick Connect Socket
High Pressure Quick Connect Plug
Here is a link to a page at GasHoseandrRgulators.com that gives a good overview.... Propane Quick Connects

Jerry, just be careful of guys who use "period" when posting an answer!!
5 Picker - I not only stand corrected, but more importantly, where were you a month ago when I was searching the web for high pressure quick connects and could not locate them anywhere?!?!
Just goes to show you the value of this forum!
