2019 Rockwood 2906 BS in New Zealand

In New Zealand .We have just purchased a one owner 2019 Rockwood 2608 WS (edited to 2906 BS — see post 7). We are prepping it for a trip late January around lower North Island.We are very thrilled with it.
Can any one help with the following.
a.Air con works very efficiently on cold.But there is no air or hot air. The thermostat control is a Coleman Mach. We have checked the floor vents for blockages.The water heater is gas and electric. We have hot water.
Is there a separate switch to turn on heating component of the Unit. Would any one with knowledge of this issue please help us.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I checked the specs for your rig and for heater it listed automatic I have no idea what this means with that said if you have floor vents I'm going to assume its a propane heater. Check the thermostat for a heat setting or heat mode raise the stat to well above current temp and you should hear the heater start. Make sure you are on shore power or the batteries are at 100%. I'm sure someone with the same rig will chime in here with a better answer. good luck

I’m not able right now to look at my thermostat which is also the Coleman you have so I’m going to guess at the proper name for the controls. Later I will double check and come back to this post.

Be sure you use the “mode” button to select heat and be sure the fan is in the automatic setting. Also be sure your propane is turned on and when you first open your tank light the stove top to purge air from the lines before running your furnace.

It’s easy to get confused with this Coleman thermostat. Every time I use mine after not using it for a while I have to walk myself thru the steps.

I’m back.

On my thermostat I pushed the button labeled “system” and had to press it a couple of times until the screen read “heat gas” (see pic). I tried to get the fan to run but since I’m all winterized I didn’t turn the propane on. I don’t think the fan read out will appear until the fan starts. Anyway, be sure the fan readout shows “auto” or else the fan will run continuously not just when the furnace is running.

Mate, we're in our 2nd NZ Rockwood, and I'm 99% sure the NZ models only come out with cold A/Con, not heat as well. You will have gas furnace underfloor heating for sure.

Thankyou SeaDog. A typing error on my behalf....our van is a 2906 BS !!

We are gradually learning while living full time in it near Cambridge.
The heater is Gas and electric.Cheers and thanks,for your replies.
