2020 2507s

We just put a deposit on a 2020 mini lite 2507s ,we like the nice large floorplan and storage. The outdoor kitchen is really sweet with a bigger refrigerator. We are trading a 2018 2304ks. Any pros and cons for the 2507s would be appreciated.
Thanks Joe

I think you're going to like it, it looks beautiful and spacious.

We've got the Flagstaff 25BDS, the same trailer. Traded in a 21DS. Don't know what to do with all the storage. Love the automatic lights in the pantry and bathroom cabinets. It's only about 4 ft longer than our old 21DS, but seems a lot bigger. The only thing I have mixed feelings about are the steps. A lot of Texas State parks have raised pads for parking, or brick borders making it tough to park to use them. But overall, we really like the trailer.

We bought the exact same unit and pick it up this Friday. We are new to RVing and have been researching makes/models/floor plans for a year. This unit hits everything we need. I love the build quality, my wife is excited about the tons of storage. I can’t wait to exchange notes on your experience.

I stopped by and took care of all of the paperwork today and stopped in while they were prepping my 2507. The mechanic doing the work, who had 30 years experience, kept bragging about the build quality of the rockwood. We take delivery on Friday. So excited!!

I picked ours up last Saturday. We like all the improvements over our 2014 Shamrock, but miss the night shades. Are they available separately?

I didn't know before I picked it up that the window in the door is now clear, with a blackout shade. The tradeoff is that you can't open the shade without opening the door, because the screen is in the way.

I saw a project described elsewhere on the forum where somebody uninstalled the window and reinstalled it upside down. That allows sliding the window shade up to allow some view of outside while maintaining privacy.

I’ll have to keep an eye on that this weekend. I have not noticed a problem during the last two weeks sitting in the driveway, nut once we get a next door neighbor in the campground over the weekend, the problem may become real....

It just means closing the shade, but you have to open the door and go outside to do it.

Was looking at a used 2018 2507s to buy but noticed a large bubble on wall under the outside speaker. Would the manufacture fix that?

Nope, even if you were the original owner, it would be out of warranty. Factory warranty is only good for the original owner.

That’s what I thought but was hoping because I really wanted the camper. It’s the right floor plan for us and its hard to find in Texas. Thanks for the info.

I wasn't expecting clear glass with a sliding shade, but that's what we got. Our previous Shamrock was the same as your 2507S.

Have you seen the new 2205S? I have only seen the floorplan and the pictures. Looks nice. Has a full 80" queen

You're camper could be a proto type. I've seen them at RV shows.
