What are you wanting to power from the outlet? It might be easier to install a small inverter.

I would think it's a fairly easy job. The bedroom night stands are right there and in our 2902 the night stands have 120v power on each side. If you remove the "wall" in the pass thru (to the left on the passenger side as you look in) you should see some 120v Romex. Just tap into that with a junction box and install a socket in the pass thru wall. If you need it I'll send you a pic of ours.

1 Ryobi battery charger takes about 85 watts. So you should be good with a 300 watt inverter. Pros and cons of inverter vs. AC outlet:
It is probably going to be easier to wire 12 VDC to a location in the passthrough than run an AC wire. Negative DC can go right to chassis. Positive DC can come directly from the battery right in front of the passthrough. My passthrough, in a completely different trailer, has an exposed DC wire that comes directly from the battery to a solar panel charging port. Very easy to tap into the large gauge wiring right there. To run the AC wiring you would either have to find the nearest existing AC wiring to tap into, or you would have to run a wire back to the power center.
Another Pro of the inverter would be that you could recharge batteries from the trailer batteries and not have to be plugged into shore power. A con of this would be that you would have to be sure to switch off the inverter when you did not want the drain on the trailer battery happening, which could be easy to forget.
Con of the inverter is if you wanted to run high amp equipment off it. A 300 watt inverter would only give you about 2.5 amps. With an AC wired outlet you could do up to 15 amps (20 if you had a dedicated circuit just for it).

So that sounds like easy solution from someone who actually has the same trailer!

Well they have a 2109 and ours is a 2902, little bigger, but similar.

I think there is an outlet on either side of the bed in all of the floor plans with a Murphy bed. Maybe depends on the year.
Personally I’d go off of this 110v.

Here's a couple of pics of the pass thru plug:
The second pic shows an outlet I installed on the outside. The inside one was already there.

These are all great ideas. Rain day here so doing my forum investigations.
Just found the converter is right in the pass through on this model but behind a small protective wall. So I should have the 12 volt there and may go the inverter route. I have an 1100 watt modified sine wave inverter that I currently don’t use, so that could be an option. Modified sine wave so don’t want to run any motors off of it, but should be OK for the chargers.
Also like the idea of coming off the bed outlets. They are right above the pass through. In our unit they are on the front wall and not on the night stand. If the wiring came from below (which they should have since the both say Inverter) then I should find the power on the converter. Everyone was a great help here. I’ll try to remember to post a completed pic.

Here is what I did. The water heater is in there and they had it plugged into a very cheap single plug outlet. Very cheap.
I turned the breaker off and put in a normal outlet. All is up and running well.
Plugged in my Ryobi battery charger.

These look nice. I should put a light in mine that comes on when the door opens. Hmmm.
Just curious- what does everyone use their drills for that requires the battery to be charged? Is this just a Boy Scouts-be prepared thing? Can’t be just to put stabilizers up & down a couple of times, right? Curious what other campsite uses I’m missing out on. Mixing the pancake batter?

Here's the ones I put in my pass-thru. They work great and have been there for three years.

We travel 6 months every winter. We put the stabs up and down more than a few times. A drill driver comes in handy for lots of repairs. The one that really comes to mind is when our coroplast came down and I had to install a bracket to hold it up.

We are on our maiden voyage and used it twice besides putting the stabilizers down. Amazed at what comes loose. Plus finding out where to hang things. Recommend getting a square head bit. 3/4 of the screws on this are square heads.
