Factory listed weight. Plus #40 of propane. #100 for two batteries plus a weight distributing hitch.current 22 model is over #500 bare.

My guess #750 or more! Depends on how you load it after that.

Why do you want the "actual dry hitch weight"? Dry weights are fictional. Take 10% to 15% of the trailers GVWR. For a 4700# trailer, 10% will be 470#, 15% will be 705#. Preferably you want 12.5% to 13%.

What I did when we where shopping for new trailer was take the dry advertised hitch weight divided by the advertise dry weight to get the percent. Then add max cargo weight to the dry weight then multiple it by the percent number to get a maximum hitch weight then add my hitch weight to this number. Not perfect but gives a good idea what my maximum hitch weight could be.

I've heard the 2306 (we have one) is tongue heavy, but I don't know the number either. I've looked at gauges, but just don't want to know that $ worth...

I have 2 L16 batteries at 120#, a bike rack and 4 bikes on there. I also store cases of pop and water under the (front) couch. I'm thinking I'm a bit tongue heavy. That said, I always load equipment with plenty of tongue weight. Just tows better, as long as the truck can handle it.
