The only way you can get answers specific to your model, is from other owners of your model.
But it would help if you gave us an idea of what answers you are looking for.
By the way, there are no model-specific nor brand-specific owners manuals since the RV Industry only provides generic owners manual with general RV systems information.

You can't fill the FW tank, from the city water hookup. It has its own gravity fill inlet.

Unless it's filling all by itself, in which case the check valve in your water pump is bad. Like this guys:
