2509s WDH Install

Picking up our 2020 2509s on Saturday (first RV) Bought a used Fastway E2 WDH. I asked the dealership if they could set it up but the service shop isn't open on Saturdays. So I'm trying to get it roughly set up before I go to pick it up to minimize the time sitting. Does anyone have their 2509 on a level spot and could tell me the height to the top of the hitch? We would greatly appreciate it!

My 2109S is 21”. Ur rv May b a little taller though. Maybe add an inch or 2

Or just call the dealer u r buying the trailer from. They should readily give u this information

Have you looked for E2 installation videos on YouTube?

its from 21 to 22 inches your ball should be from ground to top of ball.

I did and the gave me the measurement to the bottom of the axle. 16 inches. So I wasn't putting a lot of faith in their "techs"

Wow really? I’d put it at 22”. Ul b fine. If u feel that trailer wiggling around a lot while towing u may consider switching to a better hitch. I felt my trailer moving around a lot with my f150 and switched to a equalizer 4pt 1000lb. Pulls really well now!

LOL. That's terrible. Talk to the tech, not the sales guy. I was lucky, my sales guy, was also an owner, and a former tech (small dealership). I told him I needed measurements as well, and he measured, and took a photo with is phone to send to me, of the measurement, so I knew he was measuring what I wanted.

Maybe try explaining that to them?

I asked the sales guy as I had no tech contact. He was unable to figure it out.
