2604WS Warranty Work

We picked up our 2016 2604 in the spring from Recreational Sales & Storage in Peterborough. The trailer has been wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our first camping season. Sadly, time for winterizing. We did have a few minor issues covered under warranty, so decided to have the trailer winterized at the same time. Took it to Recreational Sales this morning at 8 am and were met by Doug and Dave. The issues were looked after, the trailer winterized and we had it home by noon. Our main reason for purchasing here was their reputation for good customer service. Today confirmed that for us. Thanks Ann, Doug and Dave.

That is great to hear! I just bought the same trailer, had an rissue right out of the gate but the dealer provided great customer service! You may have seen my posts on the issues here.

Did you ever consider the FR extended warranty? It's offered on tt for $150 but usually was told had to be submitted within 10 days of purchase but some folks had done at latter date and FR honored any way. We bought at the time we purchased our tt well worth the bucks. Later RJD
