Refrigerator
I have noticed that my fridge remains cold in freezer after turning off and disconnect battery. If I do not turn off propane will that keep fridge cold even with fridge in off position and battery disconnected?

Fridge needs 12VDC for the "brains" and the igniter. It won't light the propane without it.

If you have 110VAC (shore power) hooked up, then the converter will provide the 12VDC to run the fridge on either 110VAC or propane. However, it's not recommended to run the converter without the battery connected.
