I have one I bought in August. I already have trouble with toilet vacuum breaker part. I live in mine part time. Also today my son said fridge out says EO and I’m 4 hours away. Think the power shut downs have affected it! I love most everything about my rv tho! Keep in touch.

Hey...when my fridge showed that error code it means the eyebrow circuit board inside is not communicating with main outside board....I had to reboot the fridge....turn it off, battery disconnect switch off, pull plug on outside fridge.... count to 30...and mine was good to go....Let me know it turns out....

Wow! Thanks paverdave! So far it has worked rebooting fridge. We will see today if fridge is back to normal. I’m new at all this. Wonder why though propane didn’t take over ? My son didn’t have tools to open propane firing hole. Glad to get support. I’m always watching videos on rv troubleshooting and investigating on my own. I have plenty more questions to ask!

Here are pics of the exterior crack in the sidewall near the bedroom slide of my 2016 8299BS. Got coach back from factory just before Thanksgiving. The entire driver side wall replaced with new wall. Larger baffles installed for frig to aid in better cooling. Will see next summer if they help. Rig came back in great shape. Rockwood informed me that inferior glue was used on sidewall to cause crack. They said to monitor sidewalls, they will fix at their expense. Rockwood provided Great service so far. Real happy. Just purchased a Rockwood 8290BS 5th Wheel in May 2019 and have had alot of problems, mostly with the awnings over the slides, and 1 slide itself all repaired but did not start getting into problems until I rolled it off the lot and started camping. Couple of items I would recommend double checking
1. rivets and screws around your bottom of the RV. We found a hole in the fiberglass caused by a rivet, and several screws not attached correctly for the fenders.
2. Fridge was misaligned and freezer door would not close with out gently moving it ..
3. galley tank would not register on the gauge board, dealer kept telling me its fine, however after further investigation it was not wired correctly from the manufacturer
4. Understand how to winterize it.. I later found out that the Hot water heater had manual bypass values, under stand where that is at the dealer.
5. Awning covers over slides, if you have them make sure they are correct length. One of the awning covers was ever so close the the outside framing, it failed and started catching on the frame causing damage, Rockwood covered it under warranty but the replacement awning the new awning appeared longer so maybe the wrong one was put on during manufacturing.
6. have Dealer run the heat and understand where heat is coming out and why. I started running then heat in October for first time and it comes out the AC unit on electric heat, and from the floor on gas heat. AND when I run the GAS heat I get some residual smoky air in the unit.. still have to figure that one out.

hope this helps

Thanks Bill,

I'll be monitoring my 2016 Flagstaff sister 8529IKBS for the same issues.
So far... nothing.
