8328BS tongue weight question

We are thinking about buying a new 2019 Rockwood Signature 8328BS. It is 35’ 5” long with a dry weight of 9079 and tongue weight of 1153. It looks like most of the storage space (both inside and outside) is in the front of the trailer (between the hitch and front axle. I am looking for replies from other 8328BS owners on the following three things: approximately how much does everything you put in the trailer for a long trip weigh? Fully loaded with all your stuff, what is the approximate tongue weight? Does it pull well fully loaded, as the tongue weight will probably increase several hundred pounds due to the majority of the storage space being in the front of the trailer? I’m guessing if about 1000 lbs of stuff is put in it (for a loaded weight of about 10,079 lbs the tongue weight has to increase to about 1500 To 1600 lbs (maybe more). Thanks for any help y’all can provide on this.
