Depends... if it's from water intrusion then the side wall is likely going to need replaced as glue/epoxy won't stick to wet wood.
If it's from adhesive failure, there have been reports of folks drilling a small hole in the fiberglass skin and injecting epoxy. They fashioned various 'clamps' or 'wedges' to hold in place until it cures.
