8929ws Diamond package

Wonder if anybody has had problem with the fiberglass side gelcoat acting like there's water underneath

How old is the unit?

There could be water underneath the fiberglass skin. (delamination) There have been reports of that here.
Have you inspected the roof and the sealant?
Often times water penetrates from where the sides meet the roof and delamination occurs.

My rig is a 2014 the delamination is on the bottom half of the fifth wheel side wall

The probably is not any way to repair the delamination correct

Depends... if it's from water intrusion then the side wall is likely going to need replaced as glue/epoxy won't stick to wet wood.

If it's from adhesive failure, there have been reports of folks drilling a small hole in the fiberglass skin and injecting epoxy. They fashioned various 'clamps' or 'wedges' to hold in place until it cures.

When we owned our Rockwood, we had delam occur along the roof. Sad to say the only cure was replacing that wall.
