You will need a 7/16 wrench and reach around the tv. there are 4 bolts where the mount connects to the tv. Just loosen them a couple of turns and the tv will lift off.

If your tv is mounted the same way as ours it will swivel out
We have upgraded our tv to a larger size. Hope you can figure it out.

The 3001w mine is 2013 is in a recessed area . Slips up on 4 special screws .I hold bottom center of TV and tap up on bottom on each side of where I hold it just have to increase the force it will slip about 1/2 in or so then pull out to unplug. The 3001's don't swivel as it's behind the side of the slide with the slide in.

Mine isn't on a swivel and my speakers are in the ceiling with a base in cabinet at floor. The back of the TV has4 special head screws that slip in slots on bracket mounted on wall.
Evidently your's is different , so we can't be sure what the original poster has sorry for the confusion.

Our Jammer turned 6 and started having some issues. Not unexpected since we have used this trailer a lot.

We need some advise on the 3 lights in the bedroom slide. Our bedroom is in the front. Lights may or may it work after the slide goes out. Giggle the wire under neither and they might work. This only applies to the lights in the actual slide. Anyone have any idea of how to find the ground wire? Where these wires start from? Or how to get a wiring schematics from Forest River?

Thanks!

If your is wired the same as my 3001 check inside the wire loom. Mine had a bad connection were the wire connected to the slide out. The crimp was not tight on the connector. Hope this helps.

Caper, thank you. I hate to be ignorant, but is a wire loom like a connector? We followed the wiring in the black casing up to where it goes between the outside slide wall and skirting. Where was your wire loom? I appreciate all suggestions! I hate to.pay $120 for an hour to have our dealership fix something so simple.

Update, Amazon is a good resource. So the wire loom is the black covering. We will remove that today and see what we find. Thanks again!

Caoer- thanks! We took your advice and pulled the black wire loom apart. The loose ground wire was easy to find and fix. We are much relieved that it wasn't up into the slide.

Was looking at some You Tube today, thinking I might see some clever mod I might try on our 3029W. Didn't find any. However, came across a video of a 3029V. Didn't know this even existed( Am I the only one ). Pretty clever. Make a few changes to the rear living area, and BOOM outdoor kitchen.

Well, wone too many tree branches hit the roof of our Windjammer. We need the rubber membrane replaced. Fortunately there doesn't appear to be any water damage as we have kept the under part dry. Duct tape has been our friend. Replacement cost for the rubber roof:$7200. We will pay our deductible only so we aren't crying too badly.

YIKES! Thank goodness for insurance. Weren't you considering a 2nd AC unit?
Would this be a good time to do that?

Tuckerdog1 yes, we were considering a 2nd AC. I will ask how much that would be along with new tires. Adding all this we won't be trading this in for a while! Our insurance company has been great along with the RV dealership staff.

Location of Frame

I am the new owner of a 2011 Windjammer. I am parking it on a permanent
site and want to place it on jack stands. However, the bottom is sheathed in fiberglass or plastic and the frame is not visible. Does anybody have any advice on a good way to locate the frame so that my stands don't miss the mark and break through the undercarriage covering? Thanks.
