I have a 2005 8317ss. On the roof next to antenna is a small box around 4 inches square. there are two wires from it. i assume they are for dc hook up. The tag on wires says ani or ami tv. what is this box for.
Suggest you add your Make and model as a signature line. That way the responses will be tailored to your unit. .
The DC for the amplified roof top antenna is delivered through the coax so there is no need for an outside power source.
