Downsized from a 30.5 foot 5th wheel with two slides to a Rockwood Mini Lite 1809S worked out well for us.

We 'moved up' from a 2104 to a 2304 last year & we love our unit. The only major problem that we've had is not spending enough time camping! All other issues have been minor in my opinion.

First long trip

2011 2304 towed smooth brakes were good with a P2 control, speed was 60 to 65 mph loosened up the sway control (squeaked a lot turning into gas stations) very slight sway when trucks passed Florida to NJ on I95. I will always have it attached when on a trip it would probably come in handy shoud you get heavy crosswinds.

upon edit one problem a/c leaked rain water called dealer told me to drop the filter then remove phillip screws holding the plastic frame then you can see the 4 long thin screws that hold the a.c unit tight to the roof just snug them not overtight and leak was fixed.

We have a 2011 2306. We have been winter camping in it and love it. We hope to camp again in a couple of weeks and try everything out. So far no big problems. We are ready to enjoy some warm weather camping hopefully soon.

We have a 23LB (same as the 2306) and really enjoy the camper!

So far we've camped 7 nights this season.

I took delivery of a Rockwood Mini Lite 2502s in February and have 8 nights camping so far. Love this TT and I am very happy that I choose it over similar models from other manufacturers like the Passport and Edge TT's.

happy new owner of microlite 23lb

We just upgraded from a pop-up to a microlite 23lb. Our maiden voyage was last weekend and it was AWESOME. We were nervous about space and if we were making the right decision in our first tt...and after our trip I am 100% sure we made the right choice. Love the window in front, the space worked well for 2 adults and 2 med. dogs, and I actually had cabinets with nothing in them! so I was very happy with storage space! Since it is new, can't comment on the longevity, but if it holds up I am very pleased with space, decor and utility of the tt.
We tow with Nissan Titan and didn’t really know tt was behind…and we had some pretty good wind. Happy with weight and maneuverability of tt.

only problem thus far is the drawer under sink opens while towing...nothing heavy in it so no big deal...will try to fix somehow? open to suggestions...maybe child safety catch?

Congratulations on the new camper!!!

BTW -- We also tow the 23LB with a Nissan Titan -- its a great combo and easy tow.

If you have a photo of the setup, please post!

(I'm searching thru my pics now to see if I can find the one)

See you around the campfire

wondering what your mpg is while towing with titan ml/23lb? we got 10.5mpg in headwind...pretty flat road...
we considered adding a cold air intake to the truck to see if this would help? wondering if you have this on your truck and if so if it changed the mpg at all?
thanks for any info.
will try to post pictures when I get some...if I can figure out how to do it!

We've towed the 23lb over 1,300 and have yet to check the MPG's. In my book -- 10.5 is very good for a 23/24" Travel Trailer. MPG's can vary significantly based on truck setup and conditions.

My titan has the tow package and 33" LT tires.

Now you've got me thinking about a cold air intake for the truck... ::

IF the MPG's increase 1 mile per gallon the $300 intake would pay for itself in one year (10,000 miles) -- if gas stays at $4.00

I'll check out titantalk to see what the MPG results are for an intake.
