I agree with everyone who suggested to tell the dealer to go scratch. We just picked up our new camper this past weekend and the dealer supplied the starter kit at no charge. We had the walk through with one of the lead mechanics there and the one thing he said after he showed us the starter kit was to just throw away the sewer hose and buy a better one. He even suggested to buy it elsewhere and not from the dealer because we would be paying more( I thought that was pretty funny). But everything was ready to go, propane tanks were full, battery was new, trailer was prepped and they had to readjust my receiver height and got my w.d setup. I was definetly pleased with everything. I would show your dealer these threads and say that is unacceptable! Good luck!

I forgot about this part-
I asked the tech about the tongue height so I could adjust the hitch when we got home. He says, we already set it for you.

We upgraded to two six volts and I asked the service dept about the original 12 volt battery.
They remove the one that come with the trailer and stick them in a pile for recycling or give them to people that may need one. I'm keeping mine.

Absolutely not! With my new 2013 8312ss my dealer ask me if I wanted it and threw it in no charge. They also filled the propane tanks, and installed a new battery. They even did that when I bought a used camper from them 3yrs ago.

acacia580,
Regarding your original 1st post.
Did you resolve this with your dealer. I have not seen a reply from you yet?
