1. Putting them in truck bed, if you have a truck.
2. Putting them in trailer. Some owners use the dinette boards for fork mounts.
3. A-frame bike rack mount.
4. Tow vehicle roof rack.
5. Last would be a rack mounted to 2" receiver welded and braced to the frame and bumper.
This my personal opinion as an avid cyclist.

Here's my current solution for my ever changing method. I have one of those flip down racks on the back of a 5th wheel. I can get 3 bikes on there securely.
It starts with a two bike bike stand. Two bikes there. One bike sandwiched in between facing the other way. A ratchet strap around the handle bars of the two. Another ratchet strap around the seat tubes. Then I use reusable cable twist ties around each tire to keep them from moving when the inevitable big bumps occur.

I like it more than I thought I would. Standing on the tongue is a good time... If I ever extend my hitch, I can drop the rack by probably 4-6", which would help the loading situation. They're way up there.

When I had my previous rig (BMW X5 towing Roo 23IKSS) I tried almost all methods that Bikendan mention except the hitch welded to the frame.
My camper didn't have enough space between the water tank and the bumper to weld something there.
We end up buying two of the below stands and carrying 4 bikes inside the camper attaching the bikes to the stands with bungee cords...
That grew old really fast since we overnight at Walmarts and we end up buying a truck where we use the same stands/method to carry the bikes on the truck bed....

I went the beefed up receiver route on both my Roo and my Mini Lite. See post #2 here for the Roo and post #12 for the Mini Lite:

Here's a pic on my Roo:

Kind of really depends on the type of rig you have. Most here have commented on TT options, although the rear cargo deck applies to both TT and 5er. I had a king pin mounted rack on my 5er that worked very well.

Aquaman, how much does that impact your turning radius? I like that solution much better than mine, but wouldn't want to pull all the bikes down before backing into a site. Plead let us know if that is a valid concern or not.
