Bike rack

Can I put a bike rack on the rear bumper of my Mini Lite?

If it is one of the square tube sewer hose carriers, I would advise against it. They are simply cheap sheet metal and really not even any good for carrying the sewer hose. To safely carry bikes you need a secure mounting point. Something attached to the frame like a trailer hitch.

Is this Mini Lite frame going to be able to handle camping 6-10 days a month and riding on poor road beds such as our interstate system?

Mounting a Bike

If the bumpers are too flimsy for a bike where can a bike rack be mounted. Can the Mini Lite frame handle long trips on our poor road systems? Anybody have issues with broken or bent frames?

Yes, but it will probably not handle any extra weight on the back bumper.

You can do a search with the word "bike", and will come up with many posts discussing this matter. This is 1 of the most recent:

I merged 2 threads into just 1, as it was basically the same question by the same OP.
